I'm using Moodle 3.1.2+ (Build: 20160929).
I have a situation where one course page has multiple assignments each of which needs to be completed. Once all the assignments have been marked complete (which is automated when participants submit into the assignment box) I want to trigger off a notification to the assessor that this particular course is now ready for marking. The assessor will then go in and look at all the assignments and collectively provide a grade.
I need help setting up this trigger when all the assignments are completed. Is it possible for me to do that? Any pointers will be helpful.
