Hello guys, I've same problem, but the upgrade doesn't work for me. Everything still the same. I was upgrading yesterday to Moodle version 3.2.3. In my case I should to waiting for at least 5 minutes each time try to use the file picker, but only on Question Bank section, using multiple choose option. The worst part, when its happen, all my Moodle site is hanging too. I already cleaned all the cache and try reseting the JS cache option (turn off / turn on), but everything looks the same. Please get me an idea around to fix it. Thanks!
