The only way I can think of using a presentation in Moodle is to export it first as a swf file, then embed the resulting file in a Moodle page or label.
You might also be able to construct your presentation directly in Moodle using the iContent activity module. It has various slide transitions built in but your other animations may or may not work depending on what they are.
