Hi, 

I'm also having this issue. Exam same two errors. I have the program set up to run cron.php every 5 minutes, and have run cron.php manually. 

I have two area moodle which have activities waiting for deletion and they've been there for days. 

Any help would be fantastic!

Did anyone find a solution for this problem? We upgraded from 3.1 to 3.2 and are have these issues throughout the system.

Cron is running every minute.
