Hello,
The students are not allowed to see others students submits.
The only situation that it can happen, is when you set Students submit in group to YES and Require all group members submit to NO. In this case they will see the first upload of the member of their group, but they can see only the work form their group.
The students don't see the View/grade all submissions link.
