Hi, i'm trying to publish my Custom App in the App Store.

When i send the App for the Validation it was rejected with this error:

"From Apple

  • 2. 1 Performance: App Completeness (iOS)

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPhone and iPad running iOS 10.2.1 on Wi-Fi connected to an IPv6 network.
Specifically, the app loads indefinitely on launch.
Please see attached screenshots for details."

I only changed the basic configurations and Resources. How can i solve this problem?

Hi Marco,

Unfortunately our core team do not have the resources here to help people use the open source code version. We provide a service where we can customise the app for anyone who needs it including the Push notifications (Airnotifier) service management. This service helps fund the improvement of the app in general: https://moodle.com/mobileapp/


In this case I’d recommend you to check the site URL certificate and also check if this is happening with any URL or only yours.
