after five and half years since I created the plugin in 2011, I would like to hand over the Oauth2 authentication plugin maintenance to someone else.
This plugin comes with quite some responsibilities as it is installed on more than 2000 sites. When it breaks then the impacts are big for its users as it is an authentication plugin. It is also a plugin that depend a lot of third party APIs likely to change time to time. On the positive side it will give the maintainer a good exposure in the Moodle world.
