IF you have FTP/SSH access as a privileged or root user, sure, though it doesn't quite sound like you do.
You would also need to be familiar with the steps involved for doing so, along with having backups of the database, data directory, and the moodle package with your config.php. It isn't difficult per se, but just one of those things you have to know how to do beforehand .
I would first and foremost get in touch with your host to see if they can help you out.
