Theme installing process i get some error.

Which web-server do you use? IIS?
If its the Bitnami installation then will be Apache, but that's not relevant. What is relevant is the name of the theme. But better to have this post on the Theme's forum: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=46.
