Hi all,

Does the Scheduler plugin (2.9.1 and the latest version) send out confirmations of booked appointments to students? So far, I only saw the messaging output when changes were made in the original booking, but no confirmation upon booking a timeslot.

Is that correct?

Hi Joost

Scheduler sends notification messages on the following occasions:

  • To teachers, when a student books or cancels an appointment,
  • To students, when a teacher declines an appointment. (Note, no message is sent when the teacher deletes the slot instead.)

There have been some requests to add more notification messages (CONTRIB-4647), please feel to vote/comment there.
