I have created 4 competencies and 3 is child of one the 4 competencies and assigned to a module. when module completed the competency is graded. now i forget to mention that the when all children are completed mark as complete. so now i created the competency rule. but i is not marked as completed even the cron job is over. is there anything i can do to make it complete.
