The latest Moodle Mobile app expects users to type the URL to the site with an initial https:// and a trailing / too.
In 2019, users expect to type only what is in between https:// and /, e.g. 'example.com', just as their browsers have done for years. If 'example.dom' then redirects to https://www.example.com/, users expect Moodle Mobile to handle this too.
Please fix it, Moodle.
