SCORM

I am using Moodle 2.6 and recently when one of my users tries to click on ANY SCORM module in the LMS they get the login box in the picture below.  I tried to upgrade to the 2.7 and nothing changed. The folder permissions all look okay (644 and 755) . The host ( Bluehost) says that they haven't changed anything on the server, and I haven't changed anything on the site.  I was on the phone with Bluehost, we even tried restoring the site from a back up that was a week old and nothing changed. The 2.7 upgrade is also giving me an "error/core plugin/err response empty" but I don't think that is what is effecting the SCORM issue. Thanks in advance! Paul
