I tried to import questions from word file using the word table template import/export plugin.

After installing the plugin, the Moodle ribbon is correctly inserted  in MS word. When I click on the "Preview current question" from the Moodle Ribbon, I get the message: "Unable to upload file, no repository identified".

Error

Any suggestions?

This is not really a Moodle question, but about the add-on for MS Word, right? Have you tried contacting the maintainer of the Moodle plugin and MS Word add-on? Should be Eoin Campbell, as can be found in the Plugins directory here.
