Worshop and reminder to evaluate peer's work

Hi,

we are using Moodle for Team-based Learning (TBL), a very structured kind of flipped classroom method. The evaluation of the contribution of each team members to the group's work is done by the team member themselves (peer assessment). So we are using the Moodle workshop activity to do this peer assessment.

Is there a way to send a reminder to the team members who have not yet evaluate their peers to do so ? As a teacher, within the evaluation phase, one see very well who has done its peers assessment duty and who has not (see the attached screenshot). So the info is there, but how can we easily use it to send the reminder the student who need to do their job ?

Thank you for your help

That is a very valid use case. I don't think there is a simple way to do that at the moment though. It would be a good feature to have an advance filtering available and an option to send a bulk message to all such filtered participants. Please feel encouraged to report it into the Moodle Tracker as a feature request.

Meanwhile, I am afraid the only way is to scroll through the list, open those late participants' profiles quickly in new tabs and then send them all a message manually mixed
