I uploaded a scorm package into Moodle 3.2.1, and we have one user login to Moodle through different ways (website, ipad, iphone). He can load the scorm content at the beginning, but after somewhile, when he opens the package, it is just loading, and can't be opened. Other users can load the SCORM content successfully. What is the possible reason for this user? He is the teacher for this course, and also the admin of the site.
