Yes I have set "Force users to log in" to yes. I am using Lambda Theme.
In login/index.php, when I disable echo $OUTPUT->footer(), and add my custom HTML footer links, The footer links shows up perfectly but at the same time language menu in nav bar stops dropping down. Language menu is necessary to have in login page nav bar, this methods does not allowing me to go further. I dont know which tag or code in footer() function is dealing with language menu dropping down ability.
Any idea?
