Thanks for that. I hadn't come across the Generico filter before (to be honest I've never really explored the filters). It looks interesting and might be a good option to run alongside a database activity, maybe tied into a dialogue activity via a link in the form template. I suspect (with a bit of testing) it would be possible to pull out data from the original form submission and include it in the message sent, keeping things focused and saving a bit of copy & paste. I'll need to run it past IT to check if it might be a viable option but I can see how it would join the dots in the process I'm trying to improve.
