Airnotifier: An error occurred while retrieving key.

I get the error below when I try to retrieve an Airnotifier key:

An error occurred while retrieving key. Your Moodle site must be registered with Moodle.org to use this service. You may need to re-register to update your details there.

Our site is registered and I updated it manually as well with, but still received the error message.

Moodle 3.1.3 (Build: 20161114)
