We have a series of courses that were loading in mobile view once upon a time, but until recently we were notified by users that they're not able to load the course view mobile web browser or the moodle app.
I've tried republishing some of the courses and uploading them and it still doesn't load. What would also happen is when you open the course, it defaults to open the Articulate app. Even when the Articulate app is downloaded and installed, the course still doesn't open in both the web browser or moodle app.
Any ideas what the issue could be?
