sorry for the delay in answering.

Please go to Site administration > Security > HTTP security and enable Allow frame embedding. This is required to put pages of your site in "embedded".

If it still doesn't work after enabling this, can you please send us a test account to mobile@moodle.com so we can take a look?

   How is it possible to add custom menu into moodle mobile app 3.2.1 version. And then please tell me how is it created them?

please check this documentation. Also, if you go to the Mobile Features section  in your site(as it is explained in the link) you'll see some examples on how to do it.
