We are having an intermittent problem downloading SCORM content to the Mobile app.
The devices we have tested on range from iPhones and iPads, to various Android tablets.
Only on the one tablet are we getting the problem where it tells us that it is having a problem downloading SCORM content. We can download one SCORM package to the device without a problem. The moment we try to download a second package to the device we get the error.
We get around it by doing one of two things:
When doing the download, the error occurs whether clicking the cloud icon or by clicking Enter inside the activity.
When using the second method, we can see the percentage downloaded before throwing the error.
- The connectivity is the same for all devices
- The app version is the same (3.2) on all devices
- The content being tested is the same
- The only variation is the hardware of the device
It would seem obvious that it is the device. Our concern is the fix, if any, to overcome this issue.
Any help would be much appreciated.
