Hello, we're using face 2 face & we need to add more column to the excel file, like phone, adress & remarks. can we configure the report?

Configurable reports is a plug-in that allows you to create and run reports. It does not impact what native course or activity reports display. I think this is the download from facetoface that provides sessions information. Configurable reports cannot change this report.
As for the underlying question, which is can this report be changed in facetoface...if you dig into the underlying code, you can probably modify what user data shows on the download. Just by using the module, probably not. Can you use a CSV to 'create' registrations and sessions? Sessions, maybe (but it is a lot less work to just build them), but certainly not sessions for several different activities in different courses. Registrations/bookings, highly unlikely.
Look at the table structure for f2f. It would take longer to fiddle with the csv than to just sign the people up. This should really be in the F2F forum...but you already posted the same question there, I think, in December (twice). And another one in the Scheduler forum in January.
