I'm new in moodle and trying to connect adobe connect pro to moodle.
it sounds I configured plugin correctly since I got the following when I test my connection with adobe.

successfully logged in as admin user
Testing retrevial of shared content, recording and meeting folders:
successfully obtained shared content folder scoid: 11000
successfully obtained forced-archives (meeting recordings) folder scoid: 11005
successfully obtained meetings folder scoid: 11002
successfully created meeting testmeetingtest scoid: 21796
successfully created user testusertest principal-id: 21797
successfully assigned user testusertest presenter role in meeting testmeetingtest: 21797
successfully removed presenter role for user testusertest in meeting testmeetingtest: 21797
successfully removed user testusertest principal-id: 21797
successfully removed meeting testmeetingtest scoid: 21796

but when user trying to connect , its fails and I got the following error.
does anybody know which version of adobe best works with moodle?
Does anybody have any idea about this error ?
