If you have logging turned up to developer in Moodle ... highest it can go ... that should display to the screen.   Your server is probably logging anyway ... those operating system logs I mentioned and asked you to check first. ;)

Coud be the error is so serious, that Moodle can't trap it to display the errors on the screen ... moodle just stops ... hopefully doesn't crash ... and one has to use history or (last resort) back arrow of browser to return to a menu where you could navigate.

Now before we go further ... surely there are some Windows users out here in Moodle land that could help Jorge out!

Obviously, if I had known it was Windows to begin wtih, I probably wouldn't have responded in the first place! smile

All I'll mange to do is ask a lot of dumb questions ... which I won't do.   Because I'm not gonna waist my time with researching Windows issues.    That's right ... NOT waist my time! (usuaully when you make a PC/Windows Tech mad they speak up!) ;)
