My problem is resolved, I have launched two topics this
one and another one concerning a problem in the updates notifications, but the cause
of these two problems is the same, we had a problem with the internal DNS
and this is what prevented the updates from being checked. With this
problem, when I click the "Check for available updates" button (in the
Notifications page in the Administration block) it displays a cURL
error, it can't recover the updates, but now it works.
The same thing about the rss block, it no longer displayed the news because of the problem with the internal DNS
and not because I cleared the caches, the fact that the news
disappeared after clearing the caches have made it clear that there is a
problem, in fact, this problem existed before I cleared the caches. It
has kept the old news, and I thought that clearing the caches caused the
problem. Now the rss feed works.
