No Access to the Administrator

No Access to the Administrator

Hi everyone,

I have created a MoodleCloud account and I have started creating a course.

Today I have logged in the account which is the administrator, but the environment only allows me to access as a student, and I cannot manage to change the role. There are no other participants; how can I change the role to the role of administrator?

Can we first check that you have not simply switched your role to that of a student in error - see screenshot  - in which case you need to switch it back? (1) below is how you switch your role to a student and (2) below is how you switch it back again.

I have another user (the admin) in the same account.
