Thanks again, Ken. Yes, that is the conclusion I have been leaning to that when the upgrade did a 3.0 version when I am using 2.7. The upgrade was done through the notices of upgrades I received along with the other plugins I use. I clicked the button and the upgrade happened automatically.
I did remove the theme manually from the directory and downloaded the zip of the back version and uploaded to my themes directory but the same.
The strange thing is the changes take in the Admin area but not the course area itself. Even when I change themes.
Was hoping to not have to do the Moodle Code upgrade as that intimidates me but may just have to dive right in.
