I don't see my new plugin on Site Administration

Hello, my name
is Manuel Antonio and I am a student of Software Engineering in Cuba, I
am studying my last year and I want to present as my thesis a plugin to
connect Fedora Commns with Moodle 3.1 for the evea of my university, as I
have visited most Of the forums and I have not found the help I need. That's why I decide to write some of you personally. Right
now it is happening to me to install my newly created plugin and I can
not see it from Manage Activities, considering that my plugin is a
complement of activity and not even the configuration that I defined for
it.

Guys I can
already see, problem solved, what was happening was some poorly placed
codes in my configuration files.php or rather settings.php
