I have the same issue with Moodle 3.2.2+ (Build: 20170324). I already setting up for Outgoing mail configuration as below:
- SMTP Host: smtpout.secureserver.net:465
- SMTP security: SSL
- SMTP Auth Type: Login
- SMTP username: myname@mydomain.com
- SMTP password: myemailpassword
- SMTP session limit: 2
- No-reply address: no-reply@mydomain.com
It didn't work.
Please help to advise.
