I'm on Moodle 3.1 and I'm trying to figure out the best way to implement the scenario below. I've different organizations with groups of users being loaded into the system to take courses. These courses are shared across multiple organizations (i.e. Org A users might be enrolled in Courses 1 thru 3, while Org B users might be enrolled in just Courses 2 and 3). I want to allow a user from each organization to run course completion/grade reports only on the users from their organization.
I'm guessing there's a way to accomplish this, but I'm not sure what Moodle tools I need to use. I created a custom role via Administration, but having trouble even testing this out. If there's any documentation out there for this scenario, or a set of steps I might follow to implement the above scenario, it would be greatly appreciated.
