The Moodle developer chat has moved today from Jabber/XMPP to Telegram.
You can join the chat at https://telegram.me/moodledev and all are welcome! (please note this should be used for development chat only, not support requests)
On that note, the Moodle XMPP server, talk.moodle.org will be shutting down shortly, if you are using this service please migrate away - see/comment MDLSITE-4942 for further details or concerns.
