Just one small problem. The driver uses only UTF-8 and my SQL Server is ISO-8859-1.

I use Win 2008 and My Moodle server using mssql for authentication and enrolment the student, I tray to update moodle to 3.2 using php 7, I do many search for mssql driver to connect moodle with mssql and all fails and not support, yesterday i use ODBC driver but i have errors, can you describe the driver you use to solve it, if it posible with links to download the ext.
