Help importing course into Moodle4Mac 3.2.1

I'm currently having a issue importing a course into Moodle4Mac 3.2.1 on MAMP 3.4. The importing goes fine and the course loads but when you go into any quizs for the course i get the attached screen shot.

Does anyone have any ideas ? MathJax is installed and enabled.

MAMP/Moodle4Mac does keep apache and php error logs.

Look in:

/Applications/MAMP/logs/

Those are text ascii files and could be opened with TextEdit (if they aren't extremely large).  Might be able to get a clue there.

Moodle docs does have this:

Might find something there as well.

You could also turn on debugging ... developer level ... to see what Moodle would say.
