Hi,


At our site we are currently in the process of integrating the office 365 plugins into moodle V3.0

Currently we have office 365 logins enabled and can use our Azure AD to login to moodle fine.

The issue is when our test user tries to Submit/Save a onenote assignment they get a "Error reading from Database"
They can click on the onenote link and it will successfully create a page in a notebook for that user.

Expanding on this with the debugging we get the following: Table "onenote_assign_pages" does not exist.

I'm pretty certain its moodle side as everything else is working fine.

As for how to resolve this issue, should I manually create this table? if so what permissions to what database user?
