When adding a resource or activity to a topic in a course, I'd like to make the dropdown field for adding a course competency mandatory. As of now, this particular field is optional. In other words, I don't want to allow a teacher the ability to upload material without specifying which course competency(s) the material satisfies.
Anyone know of a way to change this?
