Waxed is also still waiting - its the longest waiting plugin now (and has been for several days). But no movement in the tracker or on the plugin site at all since the day the CONTRIB tracker was set up. The number of plugins waiting approval is slowly going down though, but obviously not in a 'first come first dealt with' kind of approach, so Boost child themes are obviously not a priority in any way.
