I only can see the administration block with theme boost

Hello.

I did an upgrade from moodle 3.0.1 to 3.21 and after the upgrade I can not se the administrationn block on the main page or in the course´s page.

The only way for to see the administration block is go to the url http://mysitemoodle/admin 

I was traying with themes Adaptable, Essential and Campus, and with all they I have the same problem. 

I can see the administration block in the main page and in the course´s pages, just only when I use the boost theme.

I will apreciate any help.
