I'm pretty sure that by design that menu was intentionally left off pages other than the home page to free up room and allow the student to focus on the content and not all the other things. Especially on mobile.
The idea being that once you left the homepage you were engaging with learning materials. If you need to navigate and go elsewhere you can return to the homepage.
Fordson has the custom menu at the top always.
