Exception : Call to a member function getAttribute() on null

Hi,

After changing Moodle from a server to a new server using the moodle migration document, everything working fine but when I try to add a new user, I get "Exception : Call to a member function getAttribute() on null".  When I turn on debugging, i see those 2 lines: 

Notice: Uninitialized string offset: -1 in /var/www/html/moodle/public_html/theme/genesis/renderers.php on line 331

Notice: Uninitialized string offset: -1 in /var/www/html/moodle/public_html/theme/genesis/renderers.php on line 290

Moodle is running on Apache2 with PHP7 and MariaDB 10.1

Does it work on a core theme?

Is't Genesis a "paid for" theme? Do they have support?
