I uploaded AICC packages by using the 'Add an activity or resources' in a course. It opens as Blank page. However, when I ran the MDLQA-8720 test, copying the External AICC url worked. However, uploading the package yielded the same blank screen. I am doing this through the MoodleCloud, Moodle 3.2.1 (Build: 20170109).
