It causes difficulty for some students. I wish I could remove or translate "Click to enter text" box.
Can I suggest you go to https://tracker.moodle.org/ and raise a bug report against the language pack.
In any language it is a profoundly frivolous step.
What purpose does it serve to require an extra click? Some mobile device reason? not a reason.
