I have upgraded the moodle 3.1 to 3.2 but the Notification icon shows All notifications without (unread notification and without unread notification counter).
Actually I have turned on all the Notification preferences (online and offline), so once i get the notification, it seems some one clicks on Mark all as read
so is there any missing settings to enabled unread notification.
I appreciate any help regarding this issue
