How to store the downloading course in External sdcard only (not a internal storage ) in moodle mobile app version 3.2.

This is not currently possible as the downloaded content goes to the same directory where the app is.
If your Android version allows to install apps to SD card, you could download the content there. Otherwise it's not possible as I said.
This is on the Roadmap anyway
