Running 3.0.7 as admin I have permission to add and delete blocks on the site page (i.e aka the index page) but when executing this action no blocks appear or disappear on reloading the page.
Is this a known issue? I could see nothing obvious in these logs
/var/log/php7.0-fpm.log
/var/log/postgresql/postgresql-9.5-main.log
/var/log/nginx/error.log
Is there another log I should be looking in?
Any pointers or advice would be appreciated!
