I make a quiz in moodle and I need to make question that use Microsoft office application , for example..

change the text color of this sentence "Hello World" to the red color

in this case the student must open word file contain this sentence and change it's color

How can I do this question??

Sadly, you cannot.  This would take having Word functionality built into the Moodle program.  What you can do is use a screenshot from word with various menu options marked and base your question on which area they would have to click to achieve what you want them to do.
