If I go to the report page then there is "nothing to report"!?
Please help me delete these 'entries'
In the database you have to empty the table 'prefix_quiz_attempts' (replace 'prefix' with the prefix you are using )
Have you tried backing up and restoring the course without quiz userdata?
to empty your quiz, you just have to:
- open the quiz
- click on the link view n quiz attempts ( n Students)
- click on the link select all at the bottom af the list to select all students of the list
- choose delete in the scroll menu
- do the same with next pages
I hope this will be useful for you
I understand your instructions and how they should work, but they don't
This problem has just been reported on our moodle (IIS6, postgresql) and I suspect it is bug #2903. After attempting to delete all attempts at a quiz, then trying to edit the quiz, one is informed that:
"This quiz has already been attempted.
You can no longer add or remove questions.
View 4 quiz attempts (4 Students)"
although there are no results displayed.
In Moodle 1.6 this problem will be solved. There will be an option to show all attempts, irrespective of whether the users is still enroled or not. You will then be able to delete these attempts as usual.
