Hello everyone,
I am running into a serious problem with writing to my MariaDB. My moodle version is V3.1+ (Build: 20160623)
When I do the messaging I can respond to my students' message. However, I cannot even write a Label in my course because of the following error message:

In order to resolve the issue,
(1) I have followed and increased the "max_allowed_packet" to a higher number such as 100M, and 200M. Nothing worked out.
(2) I have also converted with the instruction 'Converting InnoDB tables to Barracuda' but still got the same "Error writing to database"
Can anyone please help here? It is almost end of the semester and I am stunned and stuck.
