I am from a small institution using Moodle 3.0. Our install is a one-click install through BlueHost, we do not host our own server internally.
We are currently experiencing an intermittent problem in which none of our users, including admins, can log in. No errors are indicated, it simply refreshes and kicks the user back to the login screen. The problem comes and goes, however, and I can occasionally log in and check the logs, and these attempts are not flagged as failed logins, nor am I noticing any suspicious login attempts.
Any thoughts on why this is happens or where to look to diagnose would be very helpful.
