After resetting IP, the following message appears sometimes but not always:
Incorrect access detected, this server may be accessed only through "http://192.168.2.2" address, sorry. Please notify server administrator.I am trying to access moodle/config.php but it isn't there. Is there any other file in which settings can be done?
